Delivery & Returns


All of our products are handmade by one of our team and are made to order. We work hard to make sure your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. To make sure we add the finishing touches to your order and handle your products with love and care, we typically finish and dispatch within 14 days of your order. During peak or promotional times this is sometimes delayed while we keep up with demand.

Our courier delivers your parcel directly to your door, or you can pick up your parcel when it suits you from a local shop using the Click & Collect Service.

Below are some delivery options once your product has been dispatched to help you make the right decision before you place your order. These prices are estimations for domestic delivery for the UK Mainland only.

2nd Class Estimated 7 working days £3.50
Courier Estimated 2-3 days FREE for any orders over £60


We offer international delivery options which will be calculated on checkout, delivery times can sometimes extend when delivering internationally, typical delivery it between 5-8 days once dispatched.

All of the estimated dates are Monday-Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. 


One of our main values is to help eliminate zero use plastic. We pride ourselves in using fully recycled materials in all our packaging which can all be recycled. We use biodegradable tissue paper to keep our products safe and in the condition the left us in. We are constantly looking at different packaging options to make sure they are as sustainable as possible 


Because all our products are made to order and handmade by our team, we regret that we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. If you receive an item faulty or damaged then we will of course be happy to offer a refund or exchange.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or not or satisfactory quality. Wear and tear of goods is not considered to be a fault. Please email within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue a returns authorisation number and instructions to make your return in order to receive your refund. Returns due to faulty goods are free of change.

Please use a secure and trackable method and retain the proof of posting. If the package becomes lost we are unable to refund the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above terms.
